This culinary workshop includes creating your own medicinal kitchen with oils, herbs, spices, teas, tinctures, vinegar extracts, and edible essential oils. Leading this workshop, Chef Meg not only has a background in cooking internationally but additionally holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and completed her thesis on “Medicinal Properties of Plants” that she researched for in the Peruvian Amazon with a local shaman at Chontachaka Ecological Reserve.
