Our Calling
Sand N Straw Community Farm began as a calling — to steward the land God entrusted to us and nourish our community through regenerative, organic growing that honors creation and restores health.
We believe healthy soil creates healthy food, and healthy food strengthens families.
The Challenge
Too many families lack access to the knowledge, resources, or land needed to grow their own food.
Many also struggle to find truly chemical-free, nutrient-dense produce grown with care.
Our Response
We equip both children and adults with the skills to grow their own food through:
Regenerative gardening and fruit tree classes
Young Pioneers Nature School
Farm tours
Home garden consultations
And for those who cannot grow their own, we grow it for them —
with no chemicals, no sprays, no synthetic pesticides, and no tilling — protecting living soil so it can nourish our community as it was designed to.
