Yellow Zucchini

Yellow zucchini has a distinctive flavor that is sweeter than either green zucchini or yellow squash. The flesh is firm and crisp, but tends to be slightly softer than yellow squash when cooked. Both zucchini and yellow squash can be eaten raw in salads.

Grey Zucchini

Also known as Mexican Grey squash, Middle Eastern or Lebanese, Grey zucchini is a summer squash like the dark green zucchini but its more stocky, with a rounded blossom end. The shade of green will usually vary from darkish to light with light spots.  Appearing nearly seedless, its tasty flesh is whiter and sweeter than traditional green zucchini.

Romanesco Zucchini

Romanesco zucchini seeds produce fruits that have a very pleasant nutty taste that is never bland or watery.  Technically, Romanesco is a type of Cocozelle squash.
